Very successful use of social media for publicity, too, as they’re always dressed up as their characters from their next play. I liked the one where they’re eating hotdogs.

yeah, they’re tweeting the pics with the hashtag #gogodididonyc Gogo and Didi are the characters in “Waiting for Godot” which is one of the plays they’re doing that’s opening v. shortly on Broadway.

I think I saw them via McKellen’s FB page — so, indeed, a very successful social media publicity campaign, esp if they’re trying to draw in the parts of their audience who loved them in their scifi / fantasy roles. Thought Pinter and Beckett are really entirely different kind of fare …
